Payment Policy
- Full payment must be received no later than 30-days out from Camp commencement date.
- Payment terms are accepted, broken down into four fortnightly instalments. If any payments are missed or defaulted, your reservation will automatically be canceled and any funds received will be forfeited.
Cancelation Policy
- Full refunds are allowed (excluding deposit), up to 45-days out from camp commencement date.
- Cancelations within 45-days (but no later than 30-days) can be applied to a future camp, excluding deposit.
- Cancelations within 30-days will result in a full forfeit of funds paid. This is due to the commitments we have with the Resorts we book for our Camps.
Covid19 Policy
- Vaccinations are not required to participate in our camps. However, please follow host countries’ regulations as they may have their own requirements.
- We value everyone’s health & wellbeing. If you have any symptoms or have been around any positive cases, we ask that you be responsible and act wisely, in the best interests of the community.
- We will not require any negative test results prior to arrival. Nevertheless, we will have some rapid antigen tests readily available for our peace of mind, should anyone feel symptoms at any point during our camps.
Force Majeure
- In the unlikely event that the camp must be postponed, all funds held will be applied to the next camp.
Passports Visa & Documents
- It is the responsibility of each participant to obtain a valid passport, visa(s) and necessary certificates for any country to be visited in connection with any Grappling Holidays Camp.
Travel Insurance
- Grappling Holidays strongly recommends to get your own travelers insurance.
- Grappling Holidays will not be held liable for failure to arrange suitable insurance coverage.
Photo & Video for Use of Marketing
- I hereby allow Grappling Holidays to use my photos, videos and images taken during any of their camps for marketing and promotional purposes.
- I hereby release Grappling Holidays from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including without limitation any and all claims of invasion of privacy or libel.
Credits & Vouchers
- All credits & vouchers are not redemable for cash or refund.
